Book Your Session

Choose from the four services we offer. Choose a time that works for you through our easy online booking system. You’ll receive a confirmation, link to fill out forms, and a link to join the session.

Fill Out Relevant Forms

Before your session, fill out the required intake forms and waivers to provide information about your health, goals, and experience. This helps me tailor the session to your needs.

Prepare Your Space

Find a quiet, comfortable space. Gather equipment, if applicable. Ensure you have a stable internet connection and use a device with audio & video capabilities. 

4.

Join The Session

At your scheduled time, click the provided link to join the virtual class via Zoom. I will guide you through the session.

5.

Reflection & Guidance

After your session, we can review your experience, receive personalized feedback, and learn techniques to support your continued progress.
